These templates are created with the photographer, amateur or professional, in mind. Their intended purpose is for use in conjunction with YOUR photographs for either your own purposes or to sell to clients, whether or not for profit. They are meant to enhance the photographer’s own work. Your purchase of the product (1) implies your acceptance of these TOU, and (2) enables you to use them both for personal and commercial purposes noting the following:

• You may edit the various layers only in the manner of personalizing the text for your clients or hiding layers prior to flattening the image.

• You may NOT re-sell the templates or any part thereof as your own design.

• You may NOT extract parts of the templates for use in your own new designs.

• You may NOT re-distribute any template, whether in part or in whole, to anyone other than immediate members of your household.
